The menu
Everything here can be changed. Ice, foam and decaf are always free, syrups go by the pump, and the price updates as you build.
Coffee
Roasted on site every Tuesday and Friday. Espresso is the house blend; the pour-over changes weekly.
Tea
Loose leaf from three small gardens, steeped to order. Chai is ground by hand each morning.
Bakery
Baked from 4 am in the old firing chamber. When a tray sells out, it is gone until tomorrow.
Out of the old firing chamber at 7 am. Gone when it's gone.
